The RAM Roto-View Adapter Plate adds detented rotation between a compatible tablet holder and mounting plate. It changes viewing orientation rather than providing a free-swing arm or increasing the mount's load rating. Turn the holder between portrait, landscape and intermediate viewing positions without loosening the double socket arm knob.

Tablet, holder, ball base, socket arm and mounting base are sold separately.

Compatibility and installation

Check your exact holder and mounting plate before ordering. RAM provides separate installation methods for Tab-Tite and large X-Grip tablet holders. The illustrated X-Grip method requires opening the adapter, removing its two internal nuts and reassembling the centre disc and screw after attachment. Follow the method and hardware selection for your holder; matching hole spacing alone does not confirm every holder will fit.

Compatible mounting-plate options include the RAM-B-202U B Size round ball base and RAM-202U C Size round ball base, sold separately. Select the ball size and complete mounting system for your device and application.
