We do not have a physical store, and we cannot offer a pickup service right now.
Our office is located in Adelaide, and our inventory is stored in both Brisbane and Perth. This way we can ensure you get your parcel as soon as possible, no matter where you are in the country.

Within 30 days of your purchase, we will happily accept returned items for refund, credit or a replacement providing they are in re-saleable condition.

We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Deposit and even Bitcoin (via BitPay) as our payment methods. You can select your preferred option at checkout.

We ship every business day with Australia Post, StarTrack Premium, as well as Sendle & Toll DX.
We want every customer to be able to get their parcel as quick as possible, so we strive to process all orders received before 12:00pm (AEST) on the same business day we receive them.

We currently offer 2 domestic freight options**:

- FAST (2-5 business days, Australia-wide)
- EXPRESS (1-2 business days, Australia-wide)
- FREE SHIPPING (for orders over $100)

**Currently, due to delays faced by many Australian couriers, some parcels may take a few extra days to arrive to you.

Our choice of courier service depends on the particular route/destination of your delivery, however the majority of all orders are sent with Australia PostStartrack Premium and Toll DX.

All freight costs are calculated at checkout, based on the dead weight and volume of the items you have ordered.

All Receipts/Tax Invoices are delivered to customers via email.

After you place an order with us, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing a link to download your 'PDF RECEIPT / TAX INVOICE'.

Step 2. After the RAM® Mount Builder Tool suggests the most appropriate mount for you, 
take note of the product SKU (ie. RAM-B-166-UN7U)

Step 3.Head back to modestmounts.com.au and enter the SKU into our search box to find the item here.

Step 4.If you cannot find the item on our website, simply contact us as we may in fact have it but just not live on our website yet.

Virtually all popular mounts require either a B-Size (1"), C-Size(1.5"), or D-Size (2.25") ball-and-socket solution. 

Each ball size has a different weight capacity.

We recommend reading our guide, RAM Mount® Weight Capacity: Which Ball Mount Do I Need?, before making a purchase.

Generally, the following tends to apply:
B-Size (1") Mounts:for Phone, GPS, GoPro and Tablets (small - medium sized)
C-Size (1.5") Mounts: for Laptops, larger Tablets and Fishfinders
D-Size (2.25") Mounts:for heavier Fishfinders and more

If you are experiencing problems operating your product, first check that you’ve read/viewed the instructional information on the relevant product page. It is paramount to first double-check the product page’s help section for any product tutorials or setup guides to ensure your product is set up correctly. If you still need, feel free to contact us for assistance in setting up your product.

Yes. The RAM-B-237U allows you to turn a regular B-Size arm into a base for a second mount.

Be sure not to overload the weight. This is best suited for adding a light secondary device such as a GoPro, GPS or phone.

Issue With Order

We understand that customers may accidentally purchase the wrong item for their mounting setup.

Within 30 days of your purchase, we will happily accept returned items for refund, credit or a replacement providing they are in re-saleable condition.

We cannot facilitate a refund or exchange if:

- Items have been used and show signs of wear
- It has been over 30 days since purchase
- Items are not returned with all included parts
- Items were ordered in for you specially
- Items were sold to you in bulk quantities (ie. > 10 units)

If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund/credit/exchange will be declined and we will return the products to you.

Note: If you wish to exchange your item for a different one you will be required to pay postage for the new order.

If you have any questions about returns/refunds, please do not hesitate to contact us. It is often the case that we'll happily allow more leniency with returns if you get in contact with us (ie. if the packaging is opened, but the item hasn't been used). This is on an order by order basis however.

If any product ordered by you arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality you may have rights under our Refund Policy to have the product replaced or to receive a refund or credit for the price paid by you for the product. In the unfortunate (and unlikely!) circumstance where your RAM Mount breaks under normal use (and it is not from physical damage), we offer the following:

- Lifetime Warranty on all standard components and parts (ie. clamps, arms, sockets, and non-electronic cradles and holders, etc) if an item fails due to a manufacturing defect or fault in quality.
- Two Years Warranty on all items containing electronic parts, or chargers

To make a claim, please email us a photo of your broken part along with proof of your purchase (ie. Order Number and/or a photo of the packaging label) and we will endeavour to replace it as soon as possible from our local stock. In some situations, we may request the broken items to be returned to us first for further analysis. 

Some items are considered general wear-and-tear items and are thus not covered by a lifetime warranty, for example rubber cradle tethers, rubber tips for X-Grip cradle, suction cups, foam pads, rubber feet etc.
