Modest Mounts is an online store and does not currently have a public showroom or pickup service. Our office is in Adelaide, with inventory dispatched from Brisbane and Perth.

The payment methods currently available for your order are shown at checkout. These commonly include major credit and debit cards and PayPal. For a quote or bank-deposit request, contact us.

Orders received before 12:00 pm AEST on a business day are generally dispatched that day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Standard: 2 to 8 business days
• Express: 1 to 4 business days
• Courier: 1 to 3 business days

Eligible Australian orders over $250 receive free Standard delivery. These are estimates, and remote destinations or carrier delays can take longer.

Your receipt or tax invoice is delivered by email. After ordering, check the order confirmation email for the link to download the PDF receipt or tax invoice.

If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

If you are building a component system, use the RAM Mount Size Guide to choose a ball-size family and arm length. For a specialised device, unusual mounting point or complete custom setup, contact us with the device, location and intended use.

Contact us to check whether an item is available or when more stock is expected. Include the product SKU if you have it, and remember to check your junk or spam folder for our reply.

RAM ball-and-socket components are organised into A, B, C, D and E Size families. Each family has a different ball diameter, recommended capacity and typical use.

Use our RAM Mount Size & Weight Guide to compare every family, understand standard and heavy-duty use, identify a size from the SKU and check Short, Medium and Long arm measurements.

As a starting point, B Size is common for phones and GPS units, C Size for tablets and rougher use, and D Size for heavier marine electronics and displays. Environment, arm length and vibration also matter.

For a different base or a more involved change, contact us with the parts you already have and what you want to change.

First, check the instructions, setup notes and videos on the relevant product page. Confirm that every component is assembled and tightened as shown before testing the mount again.

If the problem continues, contact us in writing with your order number, product SKU, a description of the issue and clear photos or video where helpful.

Yes. The RAM-B-273U Add-A-Ball replaces the bolt in a compatible B Size double-socket arm and adds a second 1-inch B Size ball.

It can support a second lightweight device, but the complete shared base and arm setup must remain within the capacity of its weakest component.

Contact us before returning anything and include your order number. We will confirm the correct return steps for your order.

Most standard non-electronic RAM components and parts have limited lifetime warranty coverage against manufacturing defects. IntelliSkin® and electronic products have one to three years of coverage, depending on the product.

General wear items, misuse, physical damage and ordinary wear are excluded or treated separately. Read the full warranty information and claim steps before lodging a claim, or contact us if you are unsure.
