Orders placed before 12 pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Australian delivery options
Standard Shipping
2 to 8 business days
Tracked delivery from $9.95, or free on eligible orders of $250 or more.
Express Shipping
1 to 4 business days
Priority tracked delivery from $13.95, with discounted rates on eligible orders of $250 or more.
Courier Shipping
1 to 3 business days
Fast tracked courier from $20.95. Usually next business day to metro areas.
Free Standard Shipping
Eligible Australian orders receive free Standard Shipping when the order value is $250 or more.
Heavy, oversized and very large products
Some heavier or larger products attract higher shipping rates due to their size, weight or handling requirements. Very large products may also be excluded from free shipping. The exact options and prices available for your order will be clearly shown at checkout.
Delivery services
Standard Shipping is usually sent with Australia Post Standard, while Express Shipping is usually sent with Australia Post Express. Courier Shipping is generally handled by StarTrack.
We may use another trusted delivery service where it is better suited to the destination, parcel size or selected shipping option. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery estimates are measured in business days and begin after your order has been dispatched. Standard Shipping usually arrives within 2 to 6 business days, although remote and regional destinations may take longer.
Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak periods or circumstances outside our control.
Free shipping eligibility
To qualify for free Standard Shipping, the eligible order value must be $250 or more before delivery costs. Very large products are excluded from the free shipping offer.
Where free Standard Shipping is available, you may still choose a paid Express or Courier option at checkout.
New Zealand shipping
Shipping to New Zealand is available for eligible products at a flat rate of AUD $35. Heavy, oversized and very large products are not currently available for New Zealand delivery through our standard checkout.
Digital gift cards
Gift cards are delivered digitally and do not require shipping.
