The RAP-401LU is a removable large Tough-Claw base with a keyed locking knob and 1.5" C size ball. It clamps to round rails from 1" to 2.2" (25.4–55.88mm) outside diameter and connects to a separately selected C size socket arm.

After positioning the clamp, the key disengages the knob's screw adjustment for tamper resistance. The lock secures the clamp's adjustment only; a socket arm, holder and device need their own security provisions. The base is not theft-proof.

Socket arm, upper plate, holder and device are sold separately. Choose those parts to suit your device and mounting conditions.

Use a compatible C size arm. A mixed-size setup is limited by its weakest interface. Check the device, case and accessories, holder compatibility, reach, vibration and mounting surface, and use the heavy-duty rating for more demanding conditions.
