today we're going to take a look at the ram twist lock suction cup ball base this is a b size one inch rubber ball that's compatible with all ram b size ball and socket mounting components with a diamond plate with the two whole amps hole pattern that adapts onto the ram twist lock suction cup so the way the suction works is you can place this against any glass windshield or non-porous surface and when it's locked up against the surface you then twist the lever to activate the suction to create an incredible hold against the surface it has a diameter on the bottom of 3.3 inches and is ideal for supporting any small handheld electronics such as a phone gps or camera or you can even use this in an aircraft or cockpit windshield for supporting tablets if using freight efb
