The RAM-101U-D is a sturdy mounting solution utilising the RAM 1.5" ball and socket system. This setup includes a long double socket arm (RAM-201U-D) and one 2.5" diameter round bases with the universal AMPS hole pattern (RAM-202U).
The RAM-202U round base has a 1.5" diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a 2.5" diameter base. The plate has pre-drilled holes in the base, including the universal AMPS hole pattern.
The hole pattern found on the round base adapter will connect to many RAM cradles, including all iPad cradles. These bases will also connect to any item with the universal AMPS hole pattern.
The RAM Mount's trademarked design dampens shock and vibration, helping to extend the life of your device.
