My windscreen was too small and I didn't know where else to mount my mini tablet. this little base (plus an arm and the UN8BU cradle) works perfectly in my car. I can bend it to face the backseat and have my passengers watch sport while I drive (I drive Uber).
Glad I got this cup holdr mount for my car. I connected my phone to it with the UN7BU xgrip. silly me forgot the arm I needed to connect though, don't forget like me. Get the RAM-B-201U or something similar with it.
mounted it my car cup holder cos ive already got a windscreen mount for a camera. I use this for maps, but may switch my mounts around and put maps up on the windscreen - seems safer.
AustraliaPretty cool system, however my cup holder had a removable insert that just kept coming out. So i pulled out the insert and 3D printed a tapered reducer insert and now all is well.
