Overview

The RAM-GDS-DOCK-D9U provides a desk or counter charging point for larger IntelliSkin-wrapped tablets. Its bottom pogo contacts connect to the matching pads on the case, so the tablet can be docked without plugging a cable into the device.

The integrated USB-C cable is included; the exact-device IntelliSkin and suitable USB-C power supply are sold separately. No vehicle mount or separate Uni-Conn retention button is needed for ordinary desktop use.

This is the USB 2.0 D9U model. It supports data through a compatible USB host connection, up to 480Mbps; a wall charger provides charging only. There is no separate USB-A peripheral port. For phones and small tablets needing a USB-A peripheral connection, see RAM-GDS-DOCK-D7AU.

Compatibility

• For matching bottom-contact IntelliSkin cases, including Next Gen, Hard Case and standard Thin-Case designs. The rear-pogo TCB version is a different contact family and will not charge in this dock.
• Compatible case examples include Galaxy Tab A9+ Next Gen (RAM-GDS-SKIN-SAM88-NG), Galaxy Tab S10+ / S9+ / S9 FE+ Next Gen (RAM-GDS-SKIN-SAM87-NG) and Galaxy Tab A9+ standard Thin-Case (RAM-GDS-SKIN-SAM88-TCD).
• For iPad 10th Gen or iPad (A16), choose IntelliSkin Next Gen RAM-GDS-SKIN-AP40-NG. Match the case to the exact device.
• The dimensions above are overall dock measurements, not minimum or maximum tablet dimensions. Charging performance depends on the device, case and power supply.
