Q: Can you replace the tightening knobs with RAM Pin-Lock Security Knobs?
A: Yes. You can replace the knobs on this arm with the RAP-S-KNOB3U.

Q: It doesn’t look like it offers true 360° adjustment — only a few lockable positions?
A: Both sockets of the RAP-B-200-12U can rotate 360° independently on the center axis. Once the tightening knobs are secured, the sockets lock firmly in place.

Q: When the socket ends are tightened, does the swivel also lock?
A: Yes. When the sockets are tightened, the arm cannot swivel.
