welcome to the ram live recap today we're going to be talking about the best solutions we've made for off-road join our product experts ashley and rick as they showcase the latest and greatest that RAM® Mounts and gds tech have to offer now let's get started the ram twist lock suction cup is a great solution for mounting to any non-pore surface so if you have a windshield in your utv this is a great solution it's really strong and it will hold any handheld device such as your phone or maybe even an action camera our twist lock suction cups also come in a double suction as well as a triple section now the double section is going to be great for smaller tablets and triple sections going to be ideal for those larger tablets if you're looking for solution to mount in your cup holder we recommend the stubby this is a really awesome product because it's weighted and it has these flanges on the side these flanges when you press this down into the cup holder you press it down and twist and those flanges are going to engage inside that cup holder and paired with the weighted base inside it's going to have a very strong hold for holding a tablet or maybe a small handheld device i recommend pairing this with a longer arm and then attaching your device the reason i would pair it with a longer arm is because the longer arm is going to bring that device a little higher maybe knee height which is really going to be great for you to easily access that device when you're driving for mounting to a grab handle we recommend going with one of our ram tough claws now the great thing about a ram tough claw is that not only does it come in a size small medium and large but it will attach to a round tube as well as a square rail so this in this example we have a square rail this is our small tough claw and we've paired it with a larger c-size ball that's going to allow you to attach a larger device such as a large tablet here we have a c size short arm attach the short arm to the ball and then attach your device now that we've removed the windshield i have access to the roll bar which is actually the most popular location for mounting in a side by side so the best option would really be our tough cloth this is our large tough claw this is really great for mounting to any round or square tubing and this is going to open up and accommodate for a variety of tube sizes up to two and a quarter inch really easy to attach just like i showed you with the grab handle same idea has this nice rubber padding on the top and the bottom to give you that extra hold you're going to attach it to the tube make sure you wrench that down attach the arm and then you're going to attach your device to the top of that it's incredibly adjustable so you can really adjust it to maybe the passenger to yourself the tablet holder that we have here is the ram tab lock this is a really great solution because not only is it going to securely hold your tablet but it also provides security with our theft deterrent now the theft deterrent is a really cool option but what's really great about this too is that it's going to lock this in place which is going to come in very handy if you're using this in any rough rugged environment so it's going to protect your tablet and keep it from bouncing out if you go over any bumps or rocks this is our medium tough claw this is going to accommodate any square or round tubing up to one and 7 8 inch this is a great solution for holding a small handheld device such as a action camera i'm going to attach it to this roll bar here really easy to attach and what's great about this is that there's no tools needed you can just simply attach it here and then move it to a different location on the vehicle so just like with our other mounting solutions attach the arm and then the holder and it's very adjustable so you can adjust it for really endless angles and like i said it's really easy to remove no tools needed simply unscrew the knob and then drop it down onto a new location and those rubber pads on the inside of the tough claw really going to help grip the surface and make for a very strong hold the ram large torque base is a really great solution for mounting to a round tube such as the roll bar now this product right here is going to attach to any tube size between one and a half inch and two inch in diameter what i personally like the most about this base is that it's low profile and very sleek and it looks stock so it's not going to look bulky and it's going to perform very very well a really great feature with the torque base is the fact that you can have a ball attached on either side so you can have your ball attached facing to the passenger or the driver inside the vehicle and you can have another ball attached here with some maybe a gopro action camera something like that attached to the outside we also make these hose strap bases these are great for attaching to a variety of tube sizes and we also make it in a smaller lower profile option finally we're going to take it to michael anglima who is our digital marketing manager and he's going to explain to you our brand new product that we've developed for handlebars this is our brand new ram tough strap it comes in two different versions one it's got the pin locked x grip and another one with one of our ram b size ball and it's really awesome low profile handlebar mount only has four different pieces you've got your tuft strap you've got your x grip holder got a little cap and you've got a little center point screw the ram tub strap actually comes with two different strap sizes accommodating handlebars 7 8 to one and a quarter inch it also has these thick rubber adhesive backing that you can attach to the inside to fill in any empty gap on the handlebar and to add a little bit more friction so you just attach it there and then you bring the tuft strap up and around the handlebar and you just secure with the knob so once you've got the strap around the handlebar what you're going to do is just tighten that all the way down until it's nice and snug and let it so you know have a little bit of give so you can get it in
