The RAM-202U is a genuine RAM Mounts round base with an integrated 1.5" C size rubber ball, designed to connect with any compatible C size RAM double socket arm for a strong, adjustable mounting solution. It is one of the most popular RAM ball bases for larger and heavier mounting setups.

This base features a 2.5" diameter round plate with pre-drilled mounting holes, including the universal 4-hole AMPS pattern, making it ideal for attaching many RAM device holders, cradles, electronics plates and other compatible components. It can also be used as a direct drill-down mounting base where a flat, secure mounting point is needed.

• What size screws are needed for the holes on this ball plate?
  The most common screw sizes are #8, #10, M4 and M5 screws. However, if you are pairing this with any RAM^® Holder, the holder will come with the necessary hardware to connect to your mount.
• Does the center hole in the plate have threading for a bolt?
  This ball does not have a female threaded hole on the bottom side. 
• What is the height of the RAM-202U?
  The overall height is 2.25".
