A medium-arm dashboard mounting combination with a C size backing-plate base and diamond holder-side plate. The components match the manufacturer’s RAM-138-225B2U mechanical configuration.

The steel backing plate supports the mount behind a suitable dashboard or other thin panel. Check panel strength and access behind it before drilling.

The rubber ball-and-socket joints adjust at both ends of the arm and help dampen shock and vibration.

Holder and device are sold separately. Use the supplied diamond plate for a matching flat-backed 2-hole AMPS holder or dock. A holder with its own 1.5" C size ball can connect directly to the arm without the upper diamond plate.
