The RAM-HOL-AP23U EZ'Roll'r cradle is built specifically for the iPad Pro 11" (Gen 1 - 4) & iPad Air 4, 5 and 6 (iPad Air 6 is also known as the iPad Air 11" M2).
Keep your device secure in this form-fit cradle while leaving the entire screen free from obstructions.
Simply slide your iPad into the cradle and roll the top clip over the top of the tablet to lock it into place. Side buttons, camera, and the charging port are easily accessible through the exposed openings.
The RAM-HOL-AP23U EZ'Roll'r cradle also features three attachment points on the rear to attach a RAM round ball base adapter to, such as the RAM-202U or RAM-B-202U.
To the side of the cradle is an attachment point that will hold your Apple Pencil when not in use.

Hey Wayne, after speaking with you via email we were able to determine the issue. This cradle does fit the bare iPad Air 4 (without case) perfectly, however you had a glass screen protector which adds thickness and goes against the warning listed on the product page. "This holder may not support your iPad if it has a screen protector". The added glass screen protector adds thickness to your iPad and thus causes the cradle to apply extra pressure. Thankfully it appears that the iPad itself was still not damaged, but the corner of your screen protector was.
