The RAM-HOL-UN8BCU is a spring-loaded X-Grip holder for compatible small tablets, with an attached 1.5" C size ball. Rear grip knobs help you open the holder for inserting and removing your tablet.

Connect the ball directly to a RAM C size double socket arm; no separate upper ball plate is needed. The socket arm, mounting base and tablet are sold separately.

Compatibility

Designed for many 7"–8" tablets. Screen size alone does not confirm fit: measure your device with its case fitted, check the width and depth above, and ensure the grips clear its buttons, ports and camera. A thick case can change the fit.

This holder has a 1.5" C ball. For a mount with 1" B size sockets, choose the RAM-HOL-UN8BU B size holder. Fit-specific Tab-Tite holders with a compatible C round base are another option and may cost less, depending on your device.

Help

Use the included tether for outdoor applications and follow the RAM assembly instructions. The four rubber caps are supplied for the holder; they are not an additional spare set.

The complete mount is limited by its weakest component and installation. Check the device, case and accessories, reach, vibration and mounting surface before selecting the rest of the setup.
