The RAM-101-MAG88U is a removable magnetic mounting kit for a suitable ferrous-metal surface. The rubber-coated 88mm Tough-Mag base uses ten N52 magnets, while a medium C size arm positions the upper round AMPS plate for a compatible holder or dock.

RAM’s rubber ball-and-socket system provides adjustment at both ends of the arm and helps dampen shock and vibration.

A compatible holder or dock and device are sold separately. The supplied holder-side round plate presents the 4-hole AMPS (30 x 38mm) pattern for a matching flat-backed holder or dock. A holder with its own compatible 1.5" C size ball can attach directly to the arm instead, without the upper plate.
