Overview

The RAM-GDS-DOCK-D7AU creates a compact charging point or simple workstation for a compatible IntelliSkin-wrapped phone or small tablet. Drop the protected device into the dock so its bottom pogo pads meet the charging contacts.

The integrated USB-C lead connects to a suitable power source. A compatible IntelliSkin and USB-C wall power supply are sold separately. The dock sits on the desk without a vehicle arm, mounting base or Uni-Conn retention button.

The side USB-A port supports one optional peripheral at up to 5V / 0.5A. Choose a peripheral supported by the tablet and its operating system; charging can be used without one. For a larger tablet charging setup, see RAM-GDS-DOCK-D9U.

Compatibility

• Requires a USB-C device in a matching bottom-contact IntelliSkin or IntelliSkin Next Gen case. Examples for small tablets include Galaxy Tab A9 (RAM-GDS-SKIN-SAM95-NG) and Galaxy Tab A11 (RAM-GDS-SKIN-SAM95-NG-1).
• Choose by the exact device and case, not screen size alone. The dimensions above describe the dock itself and are not a device fit range.
• Rear-pogo TCB Thin-Cases do not connect to this dock’s bottom charging contacts.
• Charging rate and USB peripheral operation depend on the connected device, case and power source.
