The RAM-B-101-236U combines a 3/8"-16 threaded ball, medium double socket arm and 2.5" round AMPS plate. Use the threaded end with a matching female 3/8"-16 connection and the plate with a compatible flat mounting surface or holder.

Device holder and device are sold separately. The supplied round plate fits a holder with a matching four-hole AMPS pattern. A holder with its own 1" B-size ball can connect directly to the arm in place of this plate.
