Here at Modest Mounts we strive to process all orders received before 12:00pm AEST on the same business day we receive them.
We currently offer the following domestic freight options*:
- EXPRESS SHIPPING - For orders under $120. Parcels should arrive within 1-4 business days ($10.95).
- FAST SHIPPING - For orders under $120. Receive your parcel in 2-8 business days ($8.95)
- FREE FAST SHIPPING - When you spend $120 or more! (FREE)
- COURIER SHIPPING -Receive parcel in 1-2 business days ($19.95)
Our choice of courier service depends on the particular route/destination of your delivery, however the majority of all orders are sent with Australia Post, Startrack Premium, Sendle & Toll DX.
Note: Postage fee may be a little higher for some of the heavy or large items.
DELAYS: Some services are affected by COVID-19 related delays, which may unfortunately add a day or two to your delivery timeframe. We have noticed this to still be rare and not overly common but please keep this in mind.

Returns:
Within 30 days of your purchase, we will happily accept returned items for refund or a replacement providing they are in re-saleable condition. To initiate a return, send us an email at info@modestmounts.com.au - DO NOT send items back to our office address.
