THE KIT
This RAM® Tough-Charge™ with X-Grip® Technology wireless charging kit for vehicles includes a B size diamond base featuring a 1” rubber ball – perfect for attaching to your choice of B size RAM® double socket arm.

CHARGING
The connected Type-A male pigtail connector features an in-line switch that allows you to turn off the wireless charging module when not in use.
For in-vehicle charging, attach the pigtail to the included 1.2m Type-A male to Type-A female extension cable.
This charger is not recommended for Apple iPhone 12, 13 & 14. These iPhone models support two wireless charging technologies: Apple’s proprietary “Magsafe” and WPC (Wireless Power Consortium) “Qi” standard. MagSafe can charge iPhones ~33-45% faster than the WPC Qi standard. RAM Wireless charging products provide WPC Qi BPP and EPP standard today up to 15W.

To insert your device, simply squeeze the arms on one side of the cradle and place your phone inside before releasing the arms.

AustraliaI am a big fan for RAM mounts and their gear, this hasn't disappointed me at all. The ease of getting my phone in and out of the charger is great. The light on the side is not too bright in my car when driving at night, when kayaking, I just disconnect and move to the Kayak cable and all for my phone to run my GPS and Sonar. The reason for the 4 stars is only due to the unit (well my phone) reporting that its not compatible with the fast charging. I have contacted RAM Mounts to see if there is an explanation for this as the phone is listed in compatibility section and still charges and functions normally, just not the fast charging. Other than that, it charges with my Nautica case on and I never have to undo the case to charge in which it doesn't compromise the weathertightness of my phone either when charging on my kayak. Thanks.
AustraliaI have the charging holder on my wheelchair mount. It is amazing. I no longer need to worry about bending and breaking charging cables and it is great that it has a switch to turn off so I’m not constantly having to plug and unplug the phone.
