This video provides a step-by-step guide for assembling a RAM® Tough-Tray™ laptop mount.
Preparation: unbox the product and organise the included arms, screws, nuts, spring and ball base.
Step 1 and Step 2: attach the four side arms to the tray using the supplied screws and nuts.
Step 3: install the central spring mechanism inside the tray and secure it with the designated screws and nuts.
Step 4: attach the ball base to the bottom of the tray. The video shows a helpful method using a pen or pencil to guide the nut into place while fastening the screws.
Final setup: place the laptop onto the tray and check the arm alignment so the device is held securely.
