This video demonstrates the step-by-step installation of the RAM® Pod HD™ Rugged Tablet Mount into a vehicle:
• Remove Seat Bolt: Expose and remove the factory front seat bolt (on either the left or right side, depending on the vehicle's drive side).
• Prepare Base: Choose the appropriate bolt from the hardware pack, place the correct spacer over the hole, and align the RAM Pod HD base on top.
• Install Base: Thread the new bolt through the base and spacer, tightening it by hand initially.
• Attach Ratchet Arm: Insert the ratchet bolt through the base, attach the ratchet arm on the opposite side with the provided washers, and secure it with the tightening knob.
• Final Alignment and Tightening: Swivel the assembly to the desired position close to the center console, then fully tighten the seat bolt with a wrench to secure the mount firmly in place.
