The RAM-B-408-37-62U Torque Mini Rail mounting base has a 1" rubber ball and accommodates rails between 0.375" to 0.625" in diameter (9.5mm to 15.8mm)
Useful for mounting to scooter mirror rails, vehicle headrests and other round rails within the stated dimensions.
Sizing inserts are included to provide a snug fit and protection of the rail, and nylon-insert locknuts are utilised to prevent loosening in high vibration environments.
Note: The "U" in the part number reflects product packaged in poly bag.
Got this to make a tablet headrest mount so my kids can watch tele shows in the backseat. This suits skinny rails so it is perfect for this!
My scooter has thin bars, too thin for the U-Bolt handlebar mounts RAM makes. Customer service was good in that they told me that this, with a clamp arm, and my phone cradle, would work well together. They weren't wrong. Thanks Modest Mounts
