A medium B-size socket arm and diamond adapter plate for connecting a compatible plate-backed device holder to a separate RAM B-size ball base. The open lower socket lets you choose the mounting base for your installation.

Supplied as genuine RAM components matching the official RAM-B-103-238U configuration. Packaging may vary. Mounting base, device holder and device are sold separately.

Use the selected holder’s specified attachment screws and nuts, including the correct screw length for its adapter connection. RAM holders commonly include their own assembly hardware; separate holder attachment fasteners are not listed as included here. Choose a mounting base that suits your mounting surface and the full holder, case and device load.

Assess reach, vibration and mounting-surface strength as well as the component rating. Check joints and fasteners before use.

Compatibility

The lower socket accepts a 1-inch B-size RAM ball. The supplied diamond plate attaches to a holder with a matching AMPS pattern. A 1.5-inch C-size ball does not fit this B-size arm. Check the chosen holder’s device and case dimensions separately.
