RAP-B-224-1U
The RAP-B-224-1Uis a composite twist lock suction mount consisting of a 3.25" rubber base connected to the (RAP-B-238U), diamond base with 1" rubber ball.
The suction cup is designed to have an extra strong hold on any smooth non-porous surface, but for best result, mount the suction cup on glass or any non-porous plastic surface.

Bought this cos it was cheaper than the ram-b-224-1u and it's working great so far. I think if I had a bit more weight on the mount I'd prefer the aluminium but this seems great so far.

AustraliaI have been using a ram mount on my windscreen for 8 years, in extremely hot region, and thousands of km off-road . Only just now replaced the suction cup as it would drop off in 45degC temps sometimes. New ball needed roughing up to hold tho, otherwise simply outstanding product.
