The small Tough-Claw attaches to a suitable wheelchair armrest rail. A medium arm and long arm, joined by the double-ball adapter, provide an articulated mounting position that can be adjusted around the user's seating arrangement.

Holder sold separately. The open upper socket accepts a holder with its own B Size ball. A flat-backed cradle needs a suitable B Size ball plate or adapter purchased separately.
